At LittleSeedsWorld, we are committed to helping you receive the correct and undamaged products you ordered. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with order details and clear photos.
What can be returned?
- Damaged or defective products received in transit.
- Products that do not match the order placed.
- Items with manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection.
How to request a return
Notify us within 7 days of delivery by using our Contact Us page, WhatsApp, or email. Include your order number, supporting images, and a clear unboxing video.
Unboxing video requirement
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. The video should show the sealed package before opening and the product condition after opening. Return requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refund process
After we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether the return is approved. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-7 business days after approval.
Exceptions
- Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
